- Items are scheduled to arrive sequentially around October 2026. We will ship them as soon as they arrive.
- All items will be shipped together once they are all in stock. Please note that we do not offer individual shipping.
- Due to the manufacturing process, the delivery period may vary. Please consider the estimated delivery time as a guide only.
- If paying by credit card, payment will be processed at the time of your order.
- If you choose cash on delivery, a cash on delivery fee of 400 yen will be charged separately.
- Cancellations or changes to your order cannot be accepted after the order has been placed.
- We will send you an email notification with the estimated shipping date and time as soon as your items are ready. At that time, you can specify your preferred delivery date and time.
- For pre-order items, system-based date and time specification is not available. Please be aware that even if you select one, it will not be applied.
- As a general rule, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if you receive a defective product or an incorrect size, please contact us within one week of product arrival.
